Clear the lot
The cars that are already stuck.
Every lot has them. We sort them into seven buckets, restart each sequence wherever the rules allow, and show you where each car stands.
Seven buckets.
No first notice (Texas plate)
Past lot day 5 with nothing mailed. Mail now; billing resumes 24 hours after the postmark.
No first notice, no record request (out-of-state)
No registration request inside 5 days. Request the record, then notice by day 14 or publish.
Second notice late or missing
First postmark +21 passed. Storage stops from day 21 until 24 hours after mailing.
Disposal-eligible, no packet
Second postmark +30 passed. The sale packet was never built.
Unknown registration
No plate or unreadable VIN. NMVTIS first, then the state record or publication.
Nuisance candidate
Ten years or older and fit only for dismantling. Owner confirms in writing.
Lienholder on record
A lender is listed. Each required lienholder is noticed and tracked separately.
Why now
Every day you wait is another day you cannot bill. Mail the notice and billing resumes 24 hours later.
Kickoff
What we need to start.
- A signed service agreement
- A revocable seat in your notice system (ADD, TowLien or similar)
- Your intake log, through a secure channel we agree on together, not this website
- Your posted storage rate and fee schedule
- Who on your side makes exception calls
Pricing
$95 per stalled vehicle.
Half at kickoff, half when that vehicle's notice is postmarked. Certified mail, records, publication and agency fees at cost.
Late notices restart billing only from 24 hours after mailing (16 TAC §85.703(e)); days already lost are not recovered. How the cap works

What the before/after board looks like.
Each car, its bucket, its next step, which clock it runs on, and the storage at risk. Made-up data.
Find out which cars are already late.
Send your volume and roughly how many cars are past day 5 with no notice. A person reviews it by hand and replies by email.
