Pass-throughs
At cost, or on your own prepaid accounts.
Records requests, certified mail, publication and agency fees are billed exactly as charged, with receipts. The one-time $50 notification fee you may charge owners, when collected, offsets much of the desk at full volume.
Commitments
Dates in writing, credits in writing.
The dates we commit to and the credit if we miss one are on the guarantee page, and become binding only in your signed agreement. Month to month. Quit with 30 days’ notice. Revoking account access does not replace cancellation notice.
Find out which cars are already late.
Send your volume and roughly how many cars are past day 5 with no notice. A person reviews it by hand and replies by email.
